Bianca-Your flow chart looks very professional. I like the way your action plan included a timeline for follow up. I also liked the fact that you were training teachers on resources that we already available on the district website. I am sure that some teachers are aware that these resources are out there but might be unsure how to implement them into their classes.
Your action plan sounds like a great idea to get the educators at Franklin Elementary fluent with technology. Hopefully the budgeting to for technology will come around so that your school has the resources needed to achieve the goal of technology excellence!
